When implementing AI use cases, we accompany our clients throughout the entire lifecycle of an application: Starting with strategy development, the identification and prioritisation of use cases, through prototype development to the implementation of productive applications and subsequent regular validations and solution maintenance, especially in the context of upcoming regulatory monitoring. Depending on the application, we use methods and tools from the MLOps area and make use of modern cloud technologies.

Our consultants cover all AI disciplines, from forecasting and scoring, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance and explainable AI to natural language processing and quantum machine learning. Our AI team has already successfully completed over 200 AI projects.

In 2015 we worked for one of our clients on our first blockchain project, prototyping the use of blockchain technologies for settling financial transactions. Since then, we have successfully completed more than 50 projects involving blockchain technologies in areas such as:

We have more than 15 years’ experience in helping clients to protect themselves from cyber risks and meet the associated regulatory requirements. Our experience covers securing bespoke as well as commercial-of-the-shelf solutions; implemented on-premise or in the cloud. To this end, we have implemented information security management systems (ISMS), reviewed permission configurations, configured firewalls, examined source code for vulnerabilities, designed and tested business continuity procedures and implemented third-party security software.

In our projects, we assess IT-risks together with the associated business processes in order to obtain a precise understanding of the issues facing our clients and their root causes.

With numerous measures such as DSGVO, DORA, the NIS 2 directive or the AI Act, the regulation of IT applications is being driven forward at an international level.
