Pension fund

Our colleagues in the Netherlands are provided with an old age pension benefit through Nationale Nederlanden. Conventions

In addition to local events, we hold our d-fine conventions three times a year. There you can gain insights into new topics and projects through a variety of lectures and network with your colleagues. The summer convention takes place somewhere in Europe every two years. The focus is on free time and relaxation.

Salary and bonuses

We offer a competitive inital salary with excellent professional growth opportunities. In addition to the base salary, you'll receive an annual bonus upon reaching certain seniority – depending on your performance and the company performance.

Mentoring

You'll always be supported by an experienced mentor during your d-fine career. The mentor will help you with your professional growth and will offer valuable support in dealing with small and big issues you'll encounter as consultants.

Networking

In-house training programmes

d-fine Academy provides a complete programme of trainings, not only in the beginning, but during your entire career at d-fine. Classes are tailored on your level of experience and range from seminars on banking topics, soft skills, project management to advanced IT.

External training programmes

Our external trainings open the door to different certifications, such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Risk Manager (Global Association for Risk Professionals) for example.

Master's degrees

d-fine offers a wide range of courses which include different Master's Degrees, MBA programmes (executive) and certifications. You could, for example, study for a MBA (executive) in General Management, Business, or IT in different European schools.

Language courses

At d-fine you can attend language courses or intercultural education. We work with different providers to meet individual needs.
