We provide worldwide accident insurance paid for by the company that covers both your professional and your private life. In the event of death, the policy benefit includes a payment of 5 times your current annual salary, and 10 times your current annual salary for disability.

In-house training programmes
As part of the d-fine Academy, we provide a comprehensive curriculum of internal training programmes, of course, not only at the start of your induction phase, but throughout your whole career. Training programmes tailored to meet your current level of experience range from seminars on banking, soft skills, project management and advanced IT through to specialist courses on individual d-fine topic clusters.
External training programmes
Our external training courses pave the way for various certifications, such as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or a Financial Risk Manager (Global Association of Risk Professionals), for example.
Master's degrees
