Our health care insurance, Nordea – Euro Accident, enables swift access to specialist care, advice, treatment, and surgery in a private healthcare system without lengthy waiting times. The premium is taxable as a fringe benefit for the employee according to prevailing rules.

Salary and bonuses

Mentoring

Onboarding

We offer health care allowance of 5000kr per year to all our employees. When you become a part of our team, you will receive the remaining amount for the rest of the year for you to use as health care allowance.

d-fine Academy

In-house training programmes

As part of the d-fine Academy, we provide a comprehensive curriculum of internal training programmes, of course, not only at the start of your induction phase, but throughout your whole career. Training programmes tailored to meet your current level of experience range from seminars on banking, soft skills, project management and advanced IT through to specialist courses on individual d-fine topic clusters.

External training programmes

Our external training courses pave the way for various certifications, such as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or a Financial Risk Manager (Global Association of Risk Professionals), for example.

Master's degrees

d-fine offers a variety of external training programmes which include various master's degrees, (executive) MBA programmes and certifications. You could, for example, study for an (executive) MBA in General Management, Business, or IT at various schools around Europe.

Language courses and intercultural training

At d-fine, you have the opportunity to take part in language courses or intercultural training. We work together with various providers to meet individual needs.

Expert conferences

To round off the wide range of opportunities in our development programme, we arrange for you to attend expert conferences in order to expand your knowledge and to network with experts in the relevant sector.
