Grüezi and welcome to d-fine Switzerland. Our Zurich team is looking for new colleagues with a clear analytical and technological focus for various national and international projects. With us, you will not just be consulting, but also implementing solutions and thus be able to prove that your ideas work. Consulting at d-fine does not mean that you will be travelling all week: Usually, you will spend two to three days a week at the client's office. This improves your work-life balance and reduces our consumption of resources.

As part of the d-fine Academy, we provide a comprehensive curriculum of internal training programmes throughout your career at d-fine. Training programmes tailored to meet your current level of experience range from seminars on banking, soft skills, project management and advanced IT through to specialist courses on individual d-fine topic clusters.

Our working models
BLUE or ORANGE FLEX – Choose your favorite
At d-fine, our teams work together on site at the client's premises, from our Zurich office or remotely in virtual project rooms. As a d-fine consultant, you decide on your working model: you can choose between the classic model (‘Blue’) with on-site and remote project assignments for clients throughout Europe and a second model (‘Orange Flex’) with limited travelling.
