d-fine anonymous

d-fine anonymous is an option for you to report breaches or legal issues anonymously or pseudonymized. You may also leave contact information (business, private or pseudonymized) if you wish to be contacted afterwards. An issue can be reported at any time and does not generate any costs for the reporting person.

Information can be submitted by all employees of the d-fine group, employees of direct or indirect suppliers, business partners, customers or other affected parties and their representatives. Possible violations against our compliance and ethics principles or legal issues can be reported as well as breaches in our own business area or in our supply chain regarding human rights and environmental risks according to the Supply Chain Act.

Whistleblower protection: Whistleblowers are particularly protected and do not have to face any disadvantages or penalties, regardless of whether the whistleblower is affected by the reported incident. The protection of whistleblowers applies to all internal and external employees as well as to business partners, suppliers and other external third parties.

Procedure: Once the complaint has been entered, a confirmation of submission appears online. The complaint is examined shortly thereafter. The issues are clarified with the responsible persons and appropriate measures are introduced. The identity of the person making the complaint is treated confidentially.

Contact person: If you wish to speak directly to the responsible contact person, please contact complaints@d-fine.com
