Project management

We regard comprehensive and dedicated project management as a vital component of all of our work. We can provide the amount of support you require at every stage of  the project management process:

  • Project set-up and initialisation

    • Defining the project: this step involves defining the project scope and time as well as the required quality and producing an estimated budget for the actual project and any follow-up costs.
    • Drawing up the project submission and decision-making templates for your project planning bodies.
    • Detailed project planning.
    • Establishing the necessary operational requirements (e.g. staffing, system access).
    • Project kick-off.

  • Actual execution of the project

    • Coordination of the project team (members, allocation of tasks and resources).
    • Producing and requesting status reports.
    • Quality assurance at all stages of the project and for all results.
    • Identification of any deviations from the plan and initiation of appropriate measures to resolve them. 
    • Change management.
    • Monitoring and minimisation of critical project risks.
    • Reporting to project stakeholders.

  • Project completion

    • Timely preparation of line transfer (training and where required familiarisation).
    • Organisation of system commissioning. 
    • Support during initial phase after switch to productive use.
    • Finalisation of all project documentation. 

 

The scope of the services we provide can be tailored to meet your individual requirements.
