Career

Our high standards are reflected in the people we employ. Our consultants are top achievers with higher degrees in physics, mathematics and other related disciplines. Many have obtained their doctorate.

 

At d-fine you will find colleagues who speak your language and share your analytical approach to problems. What is more, you will find that all your colleagues, whether senior or junior, are open to new ideas. So even as you make the first steps in your career, there are opportunities for you to have a say and take on responsibility. 

 

In addition to outstanding analytical abilities, we place great importance on social skills. Our philosophy is based on teamwork not rivalry, an approach that is reflected in our project structures, staff development and incentive schemes.  All of our consultants share in the success of the company as a whole through their annual bonus.

Private life

We place great emphasis on our employees maintaining a healthy balance between their private and professional lives. We want them to be happy in their work and to remain motivated in the long term. Stimulating projects, demanding clients and our own comprehensive training programme all play a key role in ensuring employee satisfaction.  

 

Of course, it is equally important that our employees are also able to focus on their private lives. The most important aspect of this is the employee’s home environment. It is for this reason that our company structure is designed to allow our employees to live in whichever part of Germany they please, be it in Hamburg or Berlin, Munich or the Rhine-Main region near our Frankfurt office. We pay our employees’ travel expenses between their home and the client's office.

 

Thanks to this 'flexible home concept', they can maintain all of their social links while benefiting from an exciting, challenging and international working environment.

 

Besides the project work with the client or in the office, there are numerous opportunities to enjoy social activities outside of work on a purely private and voluntary basis. Small group of d-finers regularly get together to discover the project location after work, for example, or to exchange experience at an 'Äpplerabend' or to take part in a football tournament. There are also other chances to network and exchange as part of regular regional and company-wide events.
